These Aftermarket Blind/Captive Frame Rail Compression Nuts are slightly larger than original Ford Nuts, therefore your original Frame Rail Hex Holes will need to be opened up slightly to accommodate the larger nuts. These were installed on every car with factory power steering, but were left off of cars with manual steering. But the holes in the frame rails are always there! Just add these 2 and you can bolt in the factory power steering ram support bracket.
