Steel Distributor Gear MSD 0.468" ID (289-302)

When using the 289 original distributor with a late model, roller cam/lifter 5.0 engine, you must change the gear from the factory cast iron version to this steel version from MSD. Failure to do so will result in the steel cam eating the cast iron distributor gear. Be sure to check the diameter of your distributor shaft before ordering, and double check the installed height of the gear upon installation. Includes gear, roll pin, and break in lube.
