High-quality, high performance, and no restrictions. This 409 Stainless Steel MagnaFlow performance 2.5" exhaust system is as rugged and reliable as can be. It feature OEM-style barbed hangers for easy installation and mandrel bends to prevent exhaust flow restrictions. The kit contains MagnaFlow's legendary straight-through, wide-open, polished stainless steel muffler to provide a smooth, deep tone outside of the vehicle. The kits also includes all necessary installation hardware and 2.75" polished stainless steel turn-down exhaust tips. The Kit is designed for use with original exhaust manifolds or tubular headers, so can be used on any Mustang application. The kit includes polished mufflers and a Tru-X pipe. Some welding is required to adapt the X Pipe to whatever manifold/header you are running so a professional installation is recommended. These are designed to fit Coupes and Fastbacks perfectly BUT need to be modified to fit Convertibles (its not too bad, but that reinforcement plate connecting your floor pans will interfere and you will have to tweak the exhaust tubes coming off the manifolds or put a dent in that plate).
