This Corso Feroce CS500 steering wheel is a stunning replica of the wood rimmed steering wheel originally equipped on 1967 Shelby GT350s and GT500s. It features a beautifully finished real solid wood rim with proper finger indents and a distinctive black band around the back surface just like the originals. It can also be used on a 65-66 Mustang or Shelby with a different horn button (see below). Keep in mind that this is a faithful reproduction of the 67 Shelby wheel, NOT the 65-66 which was a little different. The sporty 3 spoke design is brushed stainless steel with 4 chamfered holes per spoke and unique black rubber finger guards. The main hub is CNC machined aluminum with a satin finish. Each wheel is equipped with an integral mounting hub that will fit any 1965-1973 Mustang or Cougar, but 68-73 cars must purchase the Scott Drake S7MS-3600-SLV Adapter Sleeve as those steering columns are a bit wider and there would be a visible gap. Concours correct GT350 and GT500 horn button assemblies are available separately as well as 65/66 Cobra, Mustang and Mach 1 horn buttons. This wheel will fit 70-73 cars but will not accommodate the Locking Steering Column feature.
