This carpet underlayment from ACC is the standard in the industry. The material is made by an OEM supplier in Michigan to original 1969 standards and can be used from 1965-1973 (although 65-68 cars originally used a tar paper type material). It features an asphalt layer a with needled cotton backing. It is highly effective as a sound deadener, temperature barrier, and vibration dampener. This 6 piece kit that covers front and rear floor pans, the transmission hump, The rear foot well, the area under the rear seat, and the top of the gas tank just like what came originally in your Mustang. It is pre-cut to fit.
