These high quality convertible tops are manufactured to be a direct replacement for your worn or faded original top. They are hand stitched in the US using the same Robbins "Single Texture" material that Ford used when your car was built so this is and exact factory replacement. Acme has been making tops for Ford and other manufacturers since 1948. In addition to the OEM Robbins material, we also sell a "Sun-Fast" canvas material version, which is the same fabric used on high-end European cars. We used to also sell a cheaper Taiwan top that was only 75% the thickness of the originals, but they stopped making them during COVID and we dropped the line. These are a bit more money... but those others were really crappy.
