This is the spacer kit that fits between the Master Cylinder and the Power Brake Booster on all Ford cars and trucks equipped with the Midland-Ross "Banded Style" Booster. Mustangs, Cougars and other Fords equipped with power brakes used 2 different suppliers for their brake boosters: Bendix and Midland-Ross. These look very different, yet are completely interchangeable. The Midand-Ross unit is the one with the large clamp around the perimeter, while the Bendix one has no visible band and is crimped together.
This spacer is for use with the Midland-Ross Booster only.
