This is the brass fitting that screws into the rear of the intake manifold and distributes vacuum to the brake booster, transmission modulator, shaker flapper, PCV tube and other vacuum accessories. It is made of solid brass and identical to the factory original.
This fitting was used on all 1967 and 1968 GT 390 engines in Mustangs, Cougars, Fairlanes and Torinos, as well as 1968 1/2 428 CobraJets (but NOT 1969-1970 CobraJets which was slightly different).
This fitting was also used on all 1968 GT-500s and GT500KRs.
