Type-GR (GT350 Style) double sided carbon fiber hood for 2015-2017 Ford Mustang
- Carbon fiber "skeleton" bonded to underside of carbon fiber hood - reduced weight
- Supersedes P/N AC-15FDMU-GR
- Modifications may be necessary for correct fitment of the O.E. windshield washer spray nozzles as part of the normal installation process.
- Mesh screen is removable & paintable
- Mounts with OE hardware
- Requires hood pins for safety reasons
- Heat shield required
- Always carefully close a composite hood. Slamming or dropping the hood may cause it to crack.
- Anderson Composites does not suggest re-installing gas shocks/dampers/struts
- The use of a hood prop rod is highly recommended
