Fiberglass Specialties now makes a 1999-2001 Cobra-Style Front Bumper Cover that will fit any 199-2004 Mustangs without any modifications. This bumber cover is designed to mount using your existing factory brackets and gets test fitted at the factory prior to shipping for proper fit. The bumber is incredibly flexible (see picture!) and is made of a material that can be sanded and painted any color.
As of now (2019), these bumper covers are designed to use factory Ford 99-01 Fog lights and bezels, but Fiberglass Specialties is working on some Cobra-style bezels that will accept the 03-04 style fog lights. Fiberglass Specialties promises that anyone purchasing this bumper now will be able to buy the new fog light bezels at a deep discount once they become available!
