The Cork gaskets are just like the originals used in the factory. When used properly, these seal just fine (don't over-torque thee bolts). The cork gaskets look original and have the triangular tabs that get stapled to the valve cover just like the originals had! Some customers prefer the more modern Rubber gaskets. The rubber ones tend to be re-useable so are preferred when you often remove your valve covers (to adjust valve lash on solid lifters....). Both work great. Sold as a pair.
