Stock replacement axles for your 1965-1966 Mustang with either an 8" or 9" center section. Yes, both the 8" and 9" Ford rear ends use the SAME AXLES! These are available in either the 28 Spline variant used from the factory on ALL 8" and MOST 9" Differentials, or the 31 Spline variant used on 9" Differentials with racing applications. By the way, we sell brand new center sections that allow you to put a Traction-Lok (posi) rear end with 31 spline axles in your 8" rear end! Yes, an 8" posi rear that can handle 500 HP. No need to put that 9" rear.... unless you want to. These kits come with both axles, new wheel bearings and retainers already installed, retainer plates, axle seals and stock length lugs.
