The Interior paint we used to get did not perfectly match up with anything so we have started getting exact match paint based on actual parts we have in stock. We list below the actual part it matches perfectly so you will know what you're going to get. This is no ordinary paint, is is a specially formulated interior lacquer paint that has a flex agent so can be used on Metal (doors, dash..), Vinyl (dash pad, horn pad, arm rests, upholstery, quarter trim..) and Plastic (kick panels, console base, seat hinge covers...). It will flex with your soft interior part without cracking or peeling and is similar to the paint Ford used to paint their interior parts at the factory.
The paint comes in a single can that has 2 parts that get mixed together: First, you take the red plunger stored in the cap and place it in the stem at the bottom on the can. Then you slam down on the can so the plunger pops into the internal hardener reservoir and releases it for mixing. Then you shake the can very well to properly mix the 2 components and then you spray like any other spray paint. Note: Once mixed, the can is only good for 36 hours and then has to be thrown away!
