Vortech Renegade Centrifugal Supercharger Kit for your 1986-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L EFI For all of you EFI/Renegade racers, Vortech offers a kit capable of 1,000 HP that is specifically geared towards the EFI/Renegade racing classes. The renegade centrifugal supercharger kits feature the V-7 YSi-Trim supercharger with an 8-rib, 3 in. diameter renegade pulley, an 8-rib, 8 in. diameter aluminum crank pulley, and a drive belt. The modified cast-aluminum mounting bracket assembly is designed to clear a V-7 supercharger for shorter installation times. They include a large-diameter race discharge tube with an integrated flange for a Mondo bypass valve, a Maxflow Mondo compressor bypass valve with sleeves, a gasket, and hardware to allow for a bolt-on installation. A 4 in. high-flow cast aluminum air inlet elbow keeps incoming air moving quickly, and features a boss for the Mondo compressor bypass valve air return. Also included are oil drain and oil feed assemblies, as well as extra kit-specific components that vary with supercharger mounting location. The kits are available in driver side or passenger side mount models for easier chassis fitment. Driver side mounting. Fuel and ignition systems are not included. Inlet elbow adapts to the Anderson Ford Power Pipe. Air filter and MAF mounting provisions are not included.
