This is the steel plate that goes between the back on the engine block and the bellhousing on all 65-68 small block 289-302 Ford engines with a 157 tooth flywheel and a 3 or 4 speed manual transmission. This one wll fit the 6 bolt bellhousing pattern used on later 65 Mustangs through to 1968. 1964 1/2 cars and very early 65 cars used a 5 bolt bellhousing which will NOT fit this spacer plate.
