This trunk floor was designed to fit the 71-73 Mustang, but will also work on 71-73 Cougars. To fit the Cougar, the floor must be modified by splitting the floor across the width and adding another 5" of heavy guage sheet metal to the floor. This panel is the short "top only" version. We also sell a complete version that includes the drop offs, some braces and the transition pan that attaches to the floor pan.
