If you have a vehicle you don't use every day, just connect the CTEK battery charger and relax. If the battery is low, the compact unit will recharge it at an optimal rate, varying both current and voltage automatically. When the battery is fully charged, this brainy charger will change over to a maintenance mode to keep your battery in top condition--for longer battery life. Clip onto battery terminals or attach connectors permanently to battery and unplug when not in use. Works for all 12V batteries (including Optima).
Standard option on some: Porsche, Mercedes, Maybach, Harley Davidson, Aston Martin, Bentley, Ferrari, and Lamborghini models.
Unique features for US 7002:
-- Using RECOND mode, you can correct the acid stratification that often occurs in deeply discharged batteries. The battery thereby has its power restored and has a longer service life. -- Thanks to its SUPPLY mode the battery charger provides power even without a battery. The SUPPLY mode is indispensable when changing the battery as you avoid losing complicated program settings.
