Manufactured in the U.S.A., this is an excellent quality fiberglass hood that will give that 67 Shelby look to any 65/66 Mustang. This hood is designed to fit 1965-66 Ford Mustangs. It has a 1967 Shelby style scoop on it. The hood typically helps reduce some engine temperatures with its large opening. The hood is finished on both top and bottom side for a very original look. All Maier hoods are designed with aluminum in the inner frame that has been drilled and tapped to accepts stock hood hinges and latches. Please note we DO NOT recommend hood springs or shocks. Please run a Prop Rod only to hold up the hood. The fit and finish on this hood is so much better than the economy hood we used to sell.... yes its costs quite a bit more, but it is sooo worth it.
