This bracket is required when installing 79-95 late 5.0 engine into a 65-73 that will still use the original style mechanical clutch system. Those newer blocks do not have the cast in pivot boss on the block, so you can't just screw in the equalizer bar pivot stud without this bracket. The kit includes the bracket, mounting pivot, 'C' clip, felt seal and nylon Bushing. Made in USA by California Pony Cars.
