These are a Stainless Steel version of the 69/70 Mustang Scuff/Sill Plates. The originals were made of polished aluminum that looked just like stainless steel when they were new, but quickly tarnished and were easily dented and marked up. These look just like fresh originals BUT stay shiny and are more scratch resistant as they are steel. These are sold as a PAIR, whereas the aluminum ones are sold individually so these are not as expensive as you might think.
